We guarantee every LaserPro™ line we sell to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of purchase. If you experience a line failure within the test strength of the line, return sections (adjacent to the break site) to us. We'll test the line, and if it fails to meet the strength specification under which it was originally sold, we'll send you a replacement line at no charge. We want you to be completely satisfied with every Innovative Textiles product.
