Innovative Textiles Expands Partnership with Honeywell
Innovative Textiles is pleased to announce an expansion of its partnership with Honeywell in support of the Innovative Textiles high-performance fishing line business. Under the terms of the agreement, Innovative Textiles secures a long-term supply of Honeywell’s Spectra fiber for use in fishing line.

Spectra fiber has one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of any synthetic fiber, including nylon, polyester and aramid. Pound for pound, Spectra fiber is 10 times stronger than steel, yet light enough to float. It will not absorb moisture or deteriorate in water, making it ideal for use in fishing lines.
